Chiara Wallace

Chiara Wallace, DNP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in family practice. She received her Master of Nursing degree from the University of Minnesota and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Utah. Prior to her graduate education, Chiara worked as a nurse in cardiology, family practice, and women’s health, and these experiences continue to influence her practice today. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, women's health, and working with underserved populations. She strives to empower individuals to achieve optimal health through shared decision-making, evidence-based practice, and holistic wellness that fits her patients’ everyday lives. Outside the clinic, Chiara enjoys spending time with family and friends, challenging herself in the mountains, and exploring new countries and cultures every chance she gets.
